BEHIND THE SHOW. INSIDE THE CULTURE.
The Musa Showroom is looking for reliable, fashion-minded creatives to join our production teams during Fashion Week.
From backstage to the showroom floor, our volunteers help bring the experience to life while working alongside designers, stylists, models, influencers, content creators, hospitality teams, and fashion industry professionals.
COME FOR THE EXPERIENCE. STAY FOR THE NETWORK.
We’re looking for people who are organized, proactive, personable, visually aware, and comfortable moving in a fast-paced production environment. You do not need to have years of industry experience. You do need to show up prepared, communicate clearly, take direction, and understand that Fashion Week is a team sport.
Whether you’re interested in styling, production, hospitality, content, or simply want to understand what happens behind the scenes, there is a place for you within the Musa Showroom.
-
Showroom Assistants help keep the Musa Showroom polished, organized, and moving throughout the event. You may assist participating brands, help organize racks and displays, support guests navigating the showroom, restock materials, coordinate with the production team, and help maintain the overall presentation of the space. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, personable, fashion-aware, and interested in understanding how a showroom operates during Fashion Week.
-
The Musa Kitchen brings food and beverage culture into the Fashion Week experience. Kitchen Volunteers support product presentation, hospitality, service, demonstrations, setup, and guest interaction while helping participating culinary and beverage brands create an experience that feels as intentional as the runway. This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality, presentation, and the importance of making people feel welcome.
-
Our events move quickly, and the story continues long after the final walk. Content Creators help capture the energy of the showroom, backstage, runway, guests, brands, and unexpected moments throughout the production. Whether your strength is photography, video, social content, or behind-the-scenes storytelling, this is an opportunity to create within a live Fashion Week environment while working around brands, influencers, models, and creative professionals.
-
Model Dressers work directly with the styling and backstage teams to prepare models for the runway. Responsibilities may include assisting with garment changes, organizing looks, handling accessories, maintaining the dressing area, and making sure each look is runway-ready on schedule. This role is for people with a strong eye for detail who understand that backstage is not the place for hesitation.
-
Our production runners keep the show moving. You may assist with moving garments and equipment, coordinating between backstage and the showroom, supporting the production team, helping with last-minute requests, and making sure the right things reach the right people at the right time. This role is ideal for someone who is quick on their feet, resourceful, calm under pressure, and ready to be everywhere without needing to be the center of attention.
-
Front of House is where hospitality meets production. You’ll help welcome guests, support check-in and registration, direct attendees, answer questions, maintain the flow of the space, and assist our team in creating a polished guest experience from arrival to departure. We’re looking for people who are warm, professional, confident, and understand that every interaction is part of the brand.
