Welcome to The Musa Showroom. By accessing our website, submitting an application, purchasing a membership, or engaging in any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Throughout this document, “The Musa Showroom,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to The Musa Showroom and its parent or partner entities, affiliates, and collaborators.

1. Scope of Services

The Musa Showroom is a brand management and creative platform providing exposure opportunities through:

  • Fashion Week activations (New York, London, Milan, Paris, and others)

  • Editorial, lifestyle, and e-commerce photoshoots

  • Pop-up shops and showroom placements

  • Influencer, stylist, and buyer introductions

  • Fashion, beauty, health & wellness, and culinary brand activations

  • Digital marketing, content creation, and promotion

  • Networking, collaborations, and curated brand experiences

Participation in the showroom does not guarantee sales, modeling contracts, press features, influencer partnerships, or retail placement, but provides opportunities for brand exposure.

2. Eligibility

To participate in The Musa Showroom, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Represent a legally-operating brand, business, or creative entity

  • Provide accurate and honest information in all applications

  • Maintain professionalism in all communications and participation

We reserve the right to refuse service or participation to any individual or brand at our sole discretion.

3. Application & Acceptance

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the showroom or into any event, campaign, or placement.

Acceptance is based on:

  • Brand alignment

  • Professionalism

  • Event capacity

  • Market relevance

  • Creative direction

The Musa Showroom reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove brands or individuals without obligation to provide explanation.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments made to The Musa Showroom are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payments cover participation, creative production, marketing, and/or organizational costs related to your selected package or service.

If a participant fails to attend, provide materials on time, comply with rules, or cancels participation for any reason, no refund or credit will be issued, unless determined otherwise by management.

Failure to submit full payment by the required deadline may result in removal from participation without refund of any deposits paid.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

By participating in The Musa Showroom, you grant us permission to:

  • Use submitted images, logos, videos, content, and likeness for marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes

  • Share content on our website, social media platforms, press releases, and partner platforms

  • Use event footage and photography that includes your brand, products, or presence

All content captured during events, photo shoots, or activations becomes shared promotional material between your brand and The Musa Showroom, unless otherwise stated in writing.

You retain ownership of your brand assets, but grant The Musa Showroom an unlimited, royalty-free, worldwide license to use this content for marketing purposes.

6. Professional Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful and professional behavior toward staff, partners, vendors, venues, media, models, influencers, and all attendees.

Disruptive, disrespectful, illegal, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all paid fees.

This applies to online interaction, direct communication, and physical participation.

7. Shipping & Product Responsibility

The Musa Showroom is not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

  • Customs delays or international fees

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by participants

  • Product damage after use or testing

Participants are responsible for proper packaging, labeling, and delivery of all products, marketing materials, and assets.

We strongly advise using tracked and insured shipping methods.

8. Event Changes & Cancellations

The Musa Showroom reserves the right to change:

  • Dates

  • Locations

  • Venues

  • Programming

  • Models

  • Layout

  • Collaborators

  • Creative direction

Events may be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to weather, venue issues, global events, government restrictions, or safety concerns.

In such cases, credits may be issued and transferable at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Musa Showroom shall not be held liable for:

  • Lost profits or business opportunities

  • Brand performance or lack of sales

  • Content performance or press outcomes

  • Personal injury, theft, or damage occurring at an event not caused by our direct negligence

  • Third-party actions, including guests, attendees, venues, or partners

Use of our services is at your own risk.

10. Privacy

All personal and business data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website:

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which The Musa Showroom operates or is legally registered.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before legal action.

The Musa Showroom may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted to this page with a new effective date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
