At Musa Beauty, we blend artistry, collaboration, and content creation to spotlight beauty in its highest form. During Fashion Week, our salon operates as a live creative studio within our in-person activations. To ensure a seamless experience for both our guests and our team, please carefully read the guidelines below:

1. All Guests Must Consent to Being Filmed

Musa Beauty is a content-forward salon. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that photo and video content may be captured throughout your service for social media, brand collaborations, and Fashion Week coverage.

2. This Is Not a Traditional Salon

Musa Beauty is focused on collaboration, partnership, and storytelling—not standard walk-in services. Every appointment supports live content creation and behind-the-scenes beauty narratives during Fashion Week.

3. Deposit Required

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Bookings without a deposit will not be confirmed.

4. Appointment Request Form Must Be Completed

All clients must fill out the Appointment Request Form before scheduling. This ensures we understand your vision, the service you need, and any content opportunities for the Musa team.

5. Arrive Camera-Ready

Please come prepared for on-site filming and photography. This includes makeup, outfit, and any personal styling you wish to appear in content.

6. Hair Must Be Washed & Prepped

To keep the experience seamless and on schedule, please arrive with your hair:

• Clean, washed, and detangled, ready to style

• Unless you have specifically booked a Wash & Set, in which case our team will handle your full prep

7. Scheduled Appointment Required

All services are by appointment only. Please be on time so we can accommodate filming and ensure the full Musa experience.
